The webmaster of Mynet has developed an awards program which operates on our nztrades directory. The purpose of that awards program is to motivate Webmasters to improve their work, and help to make the WWW web a better place for everyone.

The Webmaster spends at least half an hour on each submitted site. Not everyone that applies receives an award, and both awards are Rated Level 3.5 (at this stage). We have two awards that you can win:

Kiwi Construction Award

The purpose of the Kiwi Construction Award is to recognize business and industry websites that are "constructed" using good design techniques. When a site is visually pleasing and easy to navigate, it makes your visit much more pleasurable, regardless the content. The purpose of the nztrades Trades Award is to recognize trade related business and industry websites that use good graphics and are informative.  When a site is selling a business, product or service the information must be relevant and the graphics must support the overall site design.

If you are interested in applying for an award please click on the graphic above which will take you to the nztrades directory award site where you can find out more detail about the very strict criteria we use for judging the sites we review. If an award is issued then a description of that site with a link is posted on the International Awards page or if its a New Zealand site they recieve a free link in the nztrades directory (worth $50.00 p.a.). Quite often sites that are informative and interesting are submitted but don't quite meet the high standards we have or are not "Industry or Business Related". The best of these sites can NOW BE VIEWED on the Links that Rock page.

This is now the 4th issue of this site and the Webmaster believes that the "New Look" website might qualify for one or two awards. If we are deserving enough to win an award we will post it with a corresponding link to the site on the Our Awards page below.
